Catherine of Aragon was King Henry’s first wife. She was born 16 December 1486 and married King Henry in 1509. She died on 7th January 1536. King Henry married Catherine of Aragon because she was from Spain and Spain was a powerful country so he wanted them to unite and be allies. He divorced here because she said she was too old to have more children and he wanted a son to be King after he died.

Anne Boleyn was born in 1501. She married King Henry in 1509. She was executed in May 1536 and was buried the same day as she was executed.
